CARMU Membership Service Agreement

This CARMU Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Beijing JiaChang YiChen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CARMU” or “the Platform”) and CARMU users (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) regarding the use of membership services. By clicking to accept this Agreement on the platform or choosing to accept by any other means, you acknowledge that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with CARMU and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. Your confirmation action constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of this Agreement and its legal consequences.
Section One: Acceptance of Terms of Service
1. All ownership and operational rights of CARMU membership are held by CARMU. By clicking to accept this Agreement, you confirm that you agree to abide by the relevant terms of the CARMU membership and perform your obligations accordingly.
2. CARMU membership is a virtual service. Once activated, it is non-refundable from the date of activation.
Section Two: Membership Subscription
1. CARMU offers auto-renewing subscription plans for one month and one year. The Platform reserves the right to modify the subscription plans or adjust service pricing at any time. All fee or subscription-related changes (including related notifications) will take effect in accordance with these terms.
2. Payment Methods and Renewal Mechanism
Membership subscriptions can be paid through in-app purchases via official channels, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Subscriptions are auto-renewed by default. The membership term aligns with the subscription period selected (e.g., monthly or annually).
3. Right to Cancel
You have the absolute right to cancel auto-renewal at any time. Canceling auto-renewal does not affect the remaining duration of your current active subscription period; it only prevents automatic charges for the next cycle.

The system will attempt to charge for the next cycle 24 hours before the current subscription ends. If the payment fails, the membership service will be paused after the current cycle.
6. Enforceability
In case of any conflict with Apple/Google platform policies, the latest policies of those platforms shall prevail. CARMU shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to such policy changes.
Section Three: Membership Service Content
Under this Agreement, CARMU members enjoy the following services:
1. Vehicle Listings Access: Members have unlimited access to vehicle listings published on the CARMU platform.
2. Market Trends: Members can view vehicle market trends to better understand industry dynamics.
Section Four: Member Rights and Obligations
1. You are responsible for the content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and inquiry messages) that you publish while using the membership services. You confirm the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of any information you distribute. You may not use the membership services to engage in any illegal activity or publish content that violates the law or infringes on others’ rights.

3. When accessing customer information via the membership service, you must ensure that such access is fully authorized by the customer. Otherwise, you will bear any legal liability arising therefrom.
4. You agree to abide by the CARMU User Service Agreement and related rules as published from time to time. You will bear any liabilities arising from violations of such terms.

Section five: Rights and Obligations of CARMU
1. CARMU has a confidentiality obligation regarding your registration information. However, it may disclose such information to regulatory authorities, partner banks, and third-party payment providers if necessary.
2. CARMU may use your stored information or transaction records within the scope permitted by law or as authorized by you.
3. In case of complaints from third parties, CARMU reserves the right to delete, block, disconnect, or terminate services after verification, without prior notice. To restore services, you must provide valid proof of non-infringement. Whether services are restored is at CARMU’s sole discretion.
4. If you breach the commitments or obligations in this Agreement, CARMU reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your membership and cancel related orders (if any). No refund will be issued, and you must compensate CARMU for any direct or indirect losses caused.
5. Unless otherwise provided, CARMU may terminate this service with prior notice via email or website announcement. If your prior use is found to be illegal or in violation of this Agreement, CARMU may pursue legal remedies and seek compensation for damages.
6. Regardless of the payment channel used, if a transaction fails or a refund is issued, the payment will be returned to your original payment account or your CARMU account.
Section six: Modifications to the Agreement
1. CARMU may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or website announcement.
2. If you do not agree with any modifications or updated rules published by CARMU, you must stop using the services immediately. Continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Section seven: Dispute Resolution
n case of any disputes during the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve them through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court in Tongzhou District, Beijing, where CARMU is located.
Section eight: Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, widespread cheating, cyberattacks, or system failures preventing normal service operations), CARMU will endeavor to handle the aftermath appropriately.
During the membership period, services will be provided as described. CARMU reserves the right to adjust some or all member benefits based on business development needs to better serve its members.
